Kevin Frye Elected Lafayette County Supervisor

On November 3, 2015, Kevin W. Frye was elected to serve as the next District 1 Supervisor of Lafayette County. He will take office on January 1st, 2016. The Board of Supervisors governs Lafayette County and is made up of five supervisors elected to serve part-time for a term of four years. The Board carries out a wide variety of functions, including: promoting the growth and development of Lafayette County; adopting the annual budget for all county departments; setting tax rates; adopting resolutions and/or ordinances which involve county affairs; and, appointing persons to perform the daily business of the county.
